The beans: Sourced from the coffee land of Karnataka State, India, Chikmagalur produces the Mysore bean with rich flavor and a decadent finish. The India Mysore is washed unlike its monsooned relatives––the Mysore is simply de-pulped and dried with very little fermentation.
